Prior to this, Chhabra held the positions of General Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, and Managing Director at Columbus A/S. As a business veteran in South Asia and the Middle East, Chhabra is a respected thought leader in the industry. He also mentors and nurtures SMEs in the region.

With more than 10 years’ experience in the retail sector, automotive field, customer service and the corporate world in various industries; Moustafa is a Mechanical Engineer, a holder of a post graduate degree in International Business Management from University of Liverpool and Qualified Trainer from Mercedes-Benz Global Training Academy (Germany-Stuttgart). Involved in the appraisals of 450 Sales Consultants, 300 Service Advisors and 150 Managers Worldwide. In 2008, Moustafa was rewarded by Dubai Police Headquarter for his outstanding performance and professional cooperation, as he got a Certificate of Excellence.

	Philip Hughes Middle East Business Start Up Consultant, Pumpkin LLC Philip has been working in the Middle East IT Channel for over 20 years. He has been involved in 4 successful IT related start-ups in that time. His primary skill set is the ability to advise organisations on aspects such as Route to Market and in understanding the simple Business Culture of the region. Philip’s strengths are his core Sales & Marketing skills and his understanding of the Regional Route to Market, along with the importance of the Channel in supporting the needs of IT users from Enterprise through to Retail levels. He advises on IT Channel Issues in the region and has managed a number of successful projects in this field. He also speaks regularly at Industry and Channel events as well as judging annual Channel Awards. Pumpkin is a start-up in Fujairah Free Zone LLC offering local consultants and chartered engineers a compliant legal entity from which to conduct business in the UAE.
